The objective we intend to pursue, and guarantee over time, is Customer Satisfaction.
Customer needs must be considered a priority in order to ensure the required quality standards in all activities carried out, from order acquisition to the delivery of works.
We have implemented an Integrated Management System compliant with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007.
The objectives of the System are:
full customer satisfaction and the guarantee of compliance of the works performed with contractual requirements and applicable standards;
the realization of our commitment to the environment, by monitoring and measuring the impact of our activities on the environment, adopting an environmental policy, and setting environmental protection goals;
the promotion and implementation of health and safety policies and tools that identify all procedures to be adopted to correctly comply with legislative and regulatory provisions regarding safety in the workplace and that guarantee continuous improvement of working conditions.
Our Management Manual, available at our offices, describes the structure, phases, workflows, tasks, and responsibilities for implementing these objectives.
We regularly measure Customer satisfaction by analyzing our activities, certain that the Customer can find that added value that guarantees reliability and professionalism in full compliance with current regulations.
Safety, Environmental Protection, and Ethical Responsibility are fundamental values for us. These values are implemented through a "continuous improvement" program aimed at maintaining quality standards, transparency and fairness in relationships, and the application of current safety and environmental protection requirements.
In particular, our company aims to achieve the best health and safety conditions at work through worker training and information programs. All personnel must immediately report any POTENTIAL RISK and NEAR MISS situation that occurs during work activities, as this constitutes the very essence of Safety: accident prevention.
